Earlier this year, Holonomix and SevOne announced a reseller agreement. The partnership meant that the two companies could embark on a combined mission to effectively address the needs of leading enterprises and telecommunications providers in deploying highly cost effective, next generation performance reporting technology.

Earlier this month Holonomix and SevOne were joined by key customers and prospects at the Tower of London for a breakfast briefing on the importance of modern application-aware Network Performance Management systems to users in the financial services sector.
Whether your focus is banking, trading, or insurance – you are facing some pretty significant challenges in today’s market. Visibility into key performance data is critical to your business. SevOne made its first appearance at TM Forum Management World Americas in Orlando (see booth picture below), and we were pleased with the corporate exposure, the conversations with prospects, partners and existing customers, and the opportunity to pitch the press and analysts at the event. In fact we were pleasantly surprised by the number of telcos or communication service providers (CSPs) and cable companies at the conference.

SevOne is making its first appearance at TM Forum Management World Americas in Orlando. Joining TM Forum and exhibiting at this show was an easy decision for us, given our growing momentum with service provider partners like ACS (a Xerox Company) and CSC and cable and telecom customers like Comcast and Cincinnati Bell; and the new opportunity presented by the adoption of LTE (Long Term Evolution), IMS (IP Multimedia Systems), and other 4G technologies.
As I was researching High Frequency Polling via a Google search, I came across this article: Thomson Reuters Releases High Frequency Trading Poll. In a twist of words here, Thomson Reuters and other SevOne financial services customers like Knight Capital use SevOne “High Frequency Polling” for monitoring their High Frequency Trading (HFT) infrastructure. High frequency trader firms compete on a basis of speed and low latency with other high frequency traders, so it is vital for them to proactively monitor their network infrastructure to ensure that service levels are being met, and to also provde best execution.
